My personal story. I give thanks for my family a few friends, mentors, master teachers that supported me in this process as this was not easy for me.  At one time, I weighed at my most I did in my entire life 159lbs. and was unable to loose weight, had breathing, heart palpitations problems. Just getting up the staircase was a challenge. It was hard for me to get around. Being 5'2" I was considered overweight.. 

I couldn't even play with my grandson or do the things I loved like refurbishing antiques, painting or hard labor around the home, even just cleaning the house was painful. I proceeded to seek medical attention to the doctors and I was sent to do, test after test... After several appointments and tests I was diagnosed with few illness, high cholesterol and digestive problems just to name a couple. Of course they recommended medications and pain killers to ease the pain only "to feel better"....At that time, I said no to the medication as I read the back of the label, so many side effects, it would only ease my pains and not get to the root of the problem. 

I decided to changed my diet completely from "regular"  foods and sugars to a more natural and organic food source. It took me months, it was hard at the beginning to change, but I had the courage and I knew I could do it. I lost 51 lbs. and cure my cholesterol... bye bye medication. Now I weight 108 lbs. and my energy levels feel great! Better than years ago. Looking good for my age, I could say :-)  Pictures on before coming soon. So if I could do it, you can do it too and live a healthier lifestyle. 

What is Reiki; Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses gentle touch to promote relaxation, well-being, and increased energy levels. What is Reiki and how does it work? Reiki is a complementary therapy relating to energy healing. Some people say it works through the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner's palms to the client.  A typical Reiki session can last for about 30 to 90 minutes. The number of sessions depends on the client's goals. Reiki is generally considered safe and has not been shown to have any harmful effects.

My personal story, Reiki has also changed my life completely. Not only in a physical level with chronic pains instead of taking medication in my case but also in a spiritual level. Being raised in Michoacán Mexico & in the US., I encountered different religions. I learned different living styles and always questioned my calling. Let me just say, I'm here to assist and guide Souls to experience Love & Life for themselves in their own path in this lifetime.  Mind, Body & Soul finding peace in the time they need. It's a Soul Purpose calling for me, since I was a child & the beginning to an infinity of beauty that God, Angels, the Holy Spirit, Ancestors and our Universe gives us! Conquer from Within and transform, you will find your Soul Purpose and your life will be transformed for the better.
